What is it?
A short film about the internal struggle that the stages of grief put us through, through the lens of a man who really just needs to pee.
Synopsis:
Jeff is awoken in the middle of the night by the terrible discomfort of needing to pee, but his bladder isn’t the only thing holding in too much. Though he forces himself out of bed to deal with the situation, he’s unable to make the choice that seems so easy from the outside. Instead, Jeff makes himself hold onto the pain as it continues to grow inside of him.
This begins a journey of a man in just his underwear and robe, searching for a second option that part of him already knows doesn’t exist. As he moves between disparate locations, he finds his way toward a place where he can finally be okay with letting go and give himself the release he so desperately needs.
